Yea, a lot of Kobe fans didn’t buy or get into the VI’s because of the snake print, I’m pretty sure it hurt sales figures. I read somewhere that for the first time, the Lebron’s (8’s) sold more than Kobe’s (6’s) and it seems like the scales were a large part of it, its a love it or hate it type of thing

freshprince…I checked around and from the looks of it, these are actually the Kobe 7’s. And no they are not takedowns, they are actually being touted as the supreme versions. The sole and the materials are pretty much the same as the samples (sole-wise and he new texture on the base. The biggest difference seems to be the sockliner.

I’m with you, waiting for a discount on those imperials as well. The price hikes are insane! $180 is a wallet buster already for the so called QS/Limited Release….I saw that, those Bron collectors are going to be sweating big time next year, $250 thats just insane, for that much it better come with 24k gold lace locks or something…those Kobe…[Read more]

Is there any way we can get rid of the sudden influx of those fake site/people? we had 2 just this week, we don’t want people that are just getting into sneakers getting scammed by these fools.

As a mod the admin makes me get approval from the site admin before I delete or remove a group member. I’ve alerted the admin about the issue and they should take care of it soon. If you see other fake websites or spam just reply that it is fake below and I’ll contact the admin to have it deleted and the member banned from the group.

I thought about it. Maybe if I could get them for a discount in the future. I’m planning on saving my cash for next season shoes…stupid price increase….50% price increase is ridiculously high for Kobe 7s next year. $180 smh. At least its not LeBron’s kicks. Those are running at $250 next year. Nike is getting greedy…

Im passing on the Lebron 9 for now. The colorways and the weave are hideous. Ill see what the 9 supreme looks like. Kobes will be coppehd release date. Ill definitely buy the Adirose 2. The colors and style won me over and they look nice and play nicer on the court

Forget ebay, its too expensive there, even by bidding you might as well go to ur local footlocker and like fnmamba said do a stock locate. The Koston’s are insane, they dont even look that good, they retail for $1000…reseller price on ebay is at $2200+….honestly the V rings humidor is better looking at half the retail price…not really worth to get IMO
